Cybertree Limited trading as Cybertree Engineers, Marina House, Malahide Marina, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 N702 (‘Cybertree’, ‘we’, ‘us’ ‘our’) is an engineer led business that specialises in Information Security. We have a deep understanding of what is required to meet the IT Security Challenges of today.
Our approach is to bring a combination of IT and business operations experience as well as deep IT Security and Networking technical skills to our customers. This enables us to understand what is needed and then help our customers implement the appropriate policy and technology required.

How we collect information:
Contact Form
When you complete the contact form, you provide data including your name, email address, phone number and any other Personal Data that you volunteer in the message section.
Use of our Web Site

Our Services
If you submit a completed contact form, then we may contact you to learn more about your job title and the organisation for whom you work.
We also communicate with clients/suppliers/ and prospective clients by e-mail, telephone, in person, and post. We may have learned the data subjects’ identities from the performance of client/supplier contracts or identified these individuals from our own knowledge, or public searches that we have carried out. We may also purchase from third parties lists of names and contact details for potential clients. The third parties (e.g marketing companies) have collated this data themselves from trawls of LinkedIn and other publicly available sources of personal data. We also receive contact details of individuals from business partners regarding individuals within their own organisations or individuals from their own customer base in order to allow us perform our contracts with those business partners. We may also receive Personal Data from sub-contractors that we have engaged to carry out work for clients on our behalf. The Personal Data we collect includes names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and job titles.
How we use your information
We use the information to
- communicate with you about the services we provide and to provide a quote should you contact us.
- market to potential, current, and previous clients about the services we provide
- perform a contract – process an order or manage an account, manage a relationship, avail of a service from a supplier/sub-contractor, and to let you know about our policies and terms.
